Expertise

You will be taught by Alexander Filmer-Lorch, internationally renowned author of ‘Inside Meditation’ and his recently published book ‘The Inner Power of Stillness’. Alexander can look back on over 35 years of practice & teaching experience.

Quality over Quantity

Each vocational meditation course is limited to a maximum of 12 attendees, which gives rise to a truly personal experience and deeper understanding of all subjects covered and practiced on the course, whilst offering students plenty of practice with different peers in a safe supervised environment.

Our course has been approved by the Complementary Therapists Association.

Attention to Detail

All lessons are backed up by very detailed handouts that are up to date with the latest research and knowledge in each respective subject, providing you with an extensive course manual and material you can draw from.

Info & Downloads

Video Library

Additionally, we created an online video of each meditation practice you learn. By the end of the course you will have accumulated a whole video library, accessible for a whole year after the completion of the course.

Post Graduation

We believe that students should not be left on their own after their graduation. Our three 30 minutes one to one online sessions after the course will take care of that.
